I live in Wales and love to travel around exploring
it’s beautiful landscapes.
I’m never far from inspiration.
Mountains and valleys, rivers and lakes.
Beaches and seascapes.
Vast skies and endless views.
Wildflowers
Grasses and wildflowers appear in many of my prints. Often the more mundane the better.
If you look closely when you’re out for a walk, you’ll be surprised at what you find.
A Passion for Wildflowers
I’m always on the lookout for wildflowers. Often the best places to find them are the side of the road, edges of pathways, lanes, clifftops.
Places where they are forgotten and can grow happily without anyone knowing they’re there.
I’ve also started growing them in my garden. Sometimes I’ll find them in the garden centre, sometimes they seed themselves.
If I recognise them, I’ll leave them.
There are lots of wildflowers that are well behaved and will enjoy living in the garden alongside the traditional garden flowers.
And gardens are a great haven for all sorts of wildlife.
Fresh from the Garden
